How to Abide
The Dude Abides. Be cool man.
- Buyer can return or exchange items
- Buyer must return item within 15 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
Returns and exchanges for personalized or commissioned pieces.
- Buyer cannot return or exchange items
- Buyer either pays in full or makes a down payment before work begins
- Buyer can cancel item before work begins by artist for a full refund
- If work has started, buyer is allowed to cancel but down payment is non refundable
- Artist will update buyer on the progress of the product and will ask for approval on several occasions. If the work is not up to buyer's expectation during any check ins the buyer can cancel and the work will not be completed with no refund of down payment.
- Before work is shipped the buyer will need to approve of the work via photograph. Once the item is sealed and shipped no refund will be given.
Collection of data/information
- Collection of email information will only be used for marketing updates via newsletter and emails. Client can opt out at anytime.
- No information will be sold or used in any other way by the artist
- Newsletter is provided by WIX or MailChimp, artist abides by their policies.
